We infused our internationally awarded, cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil with Garlic and Peperoncino from the Rastrello Giardino to create bold, aromatic, and spicy condiments. It merges the smooth, fruity richness of quality extra virgin olive oil with the sharp, savory bite of garlic and the warm, lingering heat of chili peppers.

Garlic: It opens with the earthy, green, or fruity notes of the olive oil, quickly followed by the pungent, unmistakable scent of fresh or gently warmed garlic.
Peperoncino: It provides a lively, clean spice that warms the palate without overpowering the senses.
